This course will discuss an MLO’s fiduciary duty to their borrowers, prohibited acts, and advertising requirements. Chapter 1 is all about an MLO's fiduciary duty to the borrower and what it entails. Chapter 2 will discuss prohibited acts, practices, and advertising requirements under Washington law.
