Utah DRE Principal Lending Manager (PLM) 40 Hour Course
This is the 40 hour Utah Principal Lending Manager (PLM) online self-study (OSS) course for licensed MLOs in Utah seeking to become their company's Principal Lending Manager. This course is approved through the Utah Division of Real Estate to satisfy the pre-licensing education requirements for PLMs. The course is broke up into 7 chapters following along with the 40 Hour PLM Course Outline as published by the UT-DRE. There are case studies and quizzes throughout. Students must pass the final exam for credit.
