In this course, we will be discussing Affordable Housing as well as Disaster Lending. This will go over reports and what affects there have been around the United States and what the GSE’s are offering to help offset the Affordable housing crisis and any areas affected by disasters. We will also be discussing two Hawaii laws, the Hawaii Fair Housing Law and the Hawaii Home Owner Protection Act.
