Description
In this course, we will discuss two timely topics: affordable housing and cybersecurity. In Chapter 1, we will dive into cybersecurity. Cybersecurity plays a big part in what the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities publishes and discusses annually; we will look at their resources and what they think are the true threats to our industry. The crisis surrounding affordable housing is real. In Chapter 2, we will tackle the reasons for the crisis, the options available from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and the options available from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency that could help those borrowers most affected by the crisis.
