This is an Mississippi-specific online self-study (OSS) pre-licensing education elective course for new mortgage loan originators (MLOs). This course satisfies the 4 hour Mississippi mortgage pre-licensure education requirement. There are 3 chapters, which are broken down into 5-minute sections with an activity after each section.
