Live Webinar Mortgage Loan Originator Class Format - What to Expect

Our online mortgage pre-licensure class consists of three (3) consecutive days of live webinar instruction. Each session is conducted live by an industry expert, with live proctors available to assist in administering the webinar.

Active participation and completion of all course assignments are required to obtain your license. Upon completion, Mortgage Educators and Compliance will report your required education hours directly to the NMLS.

At the end of the final day, you will take a comprehensive final exam. Passing this exam is the final step in completing your NMLS mortgage education pre-licensing requirements.
